The family released Stephanie Julia Ahrens’ obituary details after her unexpected death on Thursday, January 12, 2023. She was 25 years old at the time of her death. 

A funeral service is scheduled on Friday, January 20, 2023, at the Brettschneider Trettin-Nickel Funeral Chapel.

The funeral chapel can be visited on Friday, from 3 pm until 6.45 p.m.

Interment will take place at Riverside Cemetery, Appleton. Instead of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.

Her paternal grandmother Ella Ahrens and maternal grandfather Richard Maurer preceded her in death. 

Stephan Julia’s cause of death is not known. She has left behind a number of people who loved her. 

Emery will miss her the most, having been her son his entire life and sharing an unbreakable bond with her. 

Her parents, Steve and Dawn Ahrens, hailing from Appleton, feel deeply sad about her absence. Her paternal grandfather, Reginald Ahrens, also from Appleton, mourns the passing of such a cherished family member.

Stephanie was born in Kirov, Russia, on January 7, 1998. The details about her biological parents are not known yet.

She was adopted by her parents, Steve and Dawn Maurer Ahrens, in 1998.

Stephanie went to Appleton East High School and graduated in 2016. After her graduation, the teenage girl started working in the customer service department at Walmart. 

Her love for animals made her work at Petco for a few months as she was friendly and a fun-loving girl. She loved participating in cheer and dance squads, swimming, and reading.
