She said yes! On Million Dollar Listing New York, Fredrik Eklund is, as always, busy networking to try to sell expensive real estate. But in Us Weekly‘s exclusive sneak peek at Wednesday, June 24’s episode, his whole demeanor changes when he gets some good news.

Eklund and his hot artist husband, Derek Kaplan, announced in April that they were expecting a baby girl, and find out in the video above how the new addition to the family is coming about.

The couple’s close friend, Lynn, offers to be the couple’s egg donor for little Milla — yes, she already has a name! — who is being carried by a surrogate. “We have been talking — we think that the three of us should have a baby,” she tells the shocked father-to-be.

Eklund, 38, and Lynn have been friends for years. “When we met the first time, it was like this amazing connection,” he says. “If I was straight, I’d probably marry her. But I’m not, so now we’re the bestest of friends.”

The real estate mogul tells Us exclusively, “We have had so many nos lately, so many, in fact, we were almost starting to question if this ever was going to happen. Little Milla. When Lynn said yes to be our beautiful egg donor I just jumped up and down and couldn’t stop screaming of happiness. We couldn’t be more excited that Milla is on her way to us. We are so thankful to the universe!”
