After 18 number one hits, five Grammys, 20 American Music Awards, 42 Billboard Awards and 200 hundred million records sold, Mariah Carey is finally getting a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce announced Monday (July 27) that the pop diva will receive the 2,556th star on Wednesday, August 5, at 6270 Hollywood Boulevard in front of the W. Hotel. Attendees at the event will include Brett Ratner, Empire‘s Lee Daniels and longtime friend and collaborator, L.A. Reid.

Carey recently launched a Las Vegas residency, where she has been performing all her classic number one hits including “Hero” Vision of Love” and “We Belong Together.”
